Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Sized Potato
- Seasonings (Black Pepper and Salt)
- Peeled and Grated carrot.
- Pineapple
- Grated Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon of butter
Material:
- Small mixing bowl
- Microwave
- Sharp knife
- Spoon
- Plate
- Grater
- Peeler
Method: The stuffing
- Cut a carrot in ¼s
- Peel then grate the carrot onto the small mixing bowl.
- Grate a small cube of cheese into the small bowl.
- Mixing in ⅓ of pineapple and it’s juice.
- Add a teaspoon of butter onto the stuffing.
- Season it with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fuse the whole thing together with a knife or a spoon.
- It’s ready for the potato.
Method: The potato
- Scrub the potato with warm water. Not to hard though or the skin might fall out, losing most nutrients and minerals located inside the potato.
- Microwave the potato on high power. 4 minutes per potato.
- Slice a big enough hole on top of the potato for you to scoop easily out the insides].
- Scoop the potato insides and deposit the stuffing inside the potato.
- Pop the scooped out potato meat on top of the stuffing.
